With Hubbub you subscribe to the entire schedule, not to a specific rate plan. There is no guessing which plan you should be in like your cellphone; you will always get the best rate.
Only Spokes with activity in the given month are counted. That number is then applied to each tier level, and the one with the lowest calculated price is your cost for the month. For the purpose of billing, a Spoke is any connection between your ID and a unique Trading Partner ID.
